Who We Are

We’re a multidisciplinary team that includes mathematicians, researchers, psychologists, programmers, writers, MBAs, designers, analysts and executives. Oh, and Simon and Simone too.

What brought us together? The desire to create a destination where people come everyday to successfully make important decisions. Leverage proven decision practices by incorporating access to expertise from PEOPLE, PROCESS and Leading Edge AI And Social Media TECHNOLOGIES.

We recognize that many, if not all, critical life decisions have potential current and future financial, emotional, social, relationship, health, reputation and opportunity impacts. We get up everyday and work towards The Decision Metro Mission which is to reduce the risks and maximize the returns of these impacts.

Our goal is to support Decision Metro Riders not only to decide between their options, but also to make smarter, faster and less stressful decisions.​

Steve has had a lifelong passion for helping people make great decisions; both on the personal and corporate level. He believes that proven processes in conjunction with leveraging supportive technologies and expertise enables people to achieve great decisions and ultimately their most important goals.

​DecisionMetro.com has many people to thank for their contributions and support; without which Simon, the ultimate in cool geeks, would not exist. A huge “thank you” goes out to the previous founders and investors, web development team, employees, partners and friends and family.

​Today, Simon has a co-worker in Simone who are the Conductors and Facilitators of every rider of Decision Metro.

HOW WE DO BUSINESS WITH ORGANIZATIONS/ENTERPRISES​

Transparency is important to Decision Metro. Besides providing decision systems to individual users, we also provide custom decision system (CDS) solutions to companies and other institutions that want to improve their business and operational decisions. For example, we work with companies to develop easy-to-use decision systems to help their employees assess and think through their alternatives when making financial decisions and/or hiring employees, thereby reducing the risk inherent in business decision making. We also work with university counselors to help them improve and expand their services to students choosing their academic major. We never share any of your personally identifiable information with other service providers unless you specifically give us permission to do so.
